My boys love boiled chicken, but I thought any kind of garlic was bad for them, or maybe I'm wrong?

I wouldn't feed garlic. It can be lethal....or make them sick. I won't even feed Wellness because it contains garlic.

No, Kenz, you're right.

Garlic should never be given, even though several commercial brands of cat food contain trace amounts.

Not healthy!

Really, they'd love just plain cubed raw chicken, or if you're more comfortable boiling it, then there you go. Or rolling the raw chicken into some cooked brown rice would be enticing too for a little treat...

thanks -sorry should add i know the enzymes ets of garlic and onion are dodg,this is a garlic flavour without enzymes and totally natural-from the vegan stores-she likes it but even then maybe i should leave it out

Garlic can also cause anemia in cats (and probably people). Some people say that feeding it to cats helps keep fleas at bay, but it's not good for the cats.
