I didn't receive my Wall Street Journal yesterday (due to weather?) and I knew I had to renew it this month. I received a call from the newspaper and I did renew it. However I didn't receive it this morning either. So I called them and the CSR had no record of my renewal!!! I got hot and contacted my CC company-they did not have any transactions either from the Wall Street Journal. So I contacted the WSJ again-I explained the situtation and they do use a 3rd party company for renewals but it would take from several days to several weeks for processing!! (grr). So the very nice CSR is "turning on" the newspaper and I should start receiving it again on monday!! I'll have to watch to make sure I don't get a duplicate and keep checking with the CC company just to make sure nothing else does on the card (they are very good on fraud stuff!). But until then I have withdrawals by not having the paper...
