I have worked in towing for about 15 years. The company I work with now also has a repo section. They asked me for help one day and I stayed
It is a small compnay. I think most of them are. I am sure you are more than qualified. For the office work, it is basic (cranky) customer service; phones, computers, etc with regular 8-5 office hours. For the towing, you have to be licensed - at least in Oregon you do, to drive a tow truck. The hours for the drivers are odd and unpredictable. Each company has its own expectations though.
Did this answer your question at all?

I'm a domestic engineer, the pays sucks, there is no vacation time, or insurance benefits, but job satisfaction is high.

Over the river and through the woods...
Right now, I'm working in a call center dealing with very grouchy customers who think everything is my fault. But, my "real" occupation is writing best selling novels and retiring early and living off my royalties. Now, all I have to do is sit down and start writing!

Well for the last Year I have been a stay at home mom and housewife. Before that I was a Carreer Military girl, till I got booted out on a medical Disability. I miss being in the military, but I am enjoying being with my kids, and of course my critters all day long!!

So do you watch King of Cars? DH is nuts for that show. You ought to hear him sing the song....something about a Blue Genie, chop chop, whatever...

I am a full time student teetering on the edge of grad school and I also work 4 days a week (cut back on my hours this quarter, I was basically full time) as a bookseller, which I like doing. Recently I got put in charge of some of the displays, which is my favorite thing to do! (Not a real official thing, just my manager said "you do these") Although there is lots of restructuring going on right now because we have recently broughten two managers we don't need on board. I could go on about them for hours, but basically they are a waste of payroll resources and it is resulting in cut hours for everyone else.

I recently quit my job so I could concentrate more on school. In the summer I'll be working for the city doing landscaping work. Then after that, I'm gonna see if I can get a job at an animal hospital or at least put in some volunteer work there.

I've seen it a few times... I would love to work there, a face paced dealership like that would be amazing!
