Soon summer will be here and flying spiders will be coming thru the windows and attaching themselves on doors.Fling round tormenting thousands.I hope PS kitten is ready to earn her keep

Spiderlings with their little webby parachutes out to make a life for themselves after they leave the egg sac and eat as many of their siblings as they can.

That's gonna have me all summer now... And then into Autumn... I'll rest in Winter (cos most die in Winter, right? Spiders don't hibernate, do they?) and then start being paranoid next Spring again.

I'm gonna second that. It's bad enough when they creep and crawl around. Flying should definitely be out of the question.

Fortunately, I'm pretty sure we don't have any flying spiders here. Now, I've seen one that leapt about kinda crazily, and that was creepy enough, thank you very much!

I have never seen this. Do we live in the same London I wonder?


Now flying ants, they are creepy. I hate them, they get stuck in my hair. July arrives and they all grow wings and take off. Horrible. *shudder*

You have Ontario Dock Spiders though, don't you? I've seen them... They do not look like my kinda thing :S

Its getting warm now right,well as it gets warmer and yr leaving the windows open with yr light on-wait for it,you will meet some flying spiders.Get yr cat ready
PS Kitten loves them for a snack.

Agree flying ants are so***weird and creepy

do you mean those dragon fly things?? looks like a daddy long leg with wings?? huge things that get everywhere??
things that cover your house on the outside?
things that when one gets in you go around screaming and trying to wack it with a rolled up news paper??
oh god i hate them things hehehe, you had to spoile a nice warm spring day lol. in about 2 months time we will be getting them , in the mean time we have them huge nasty flying ants to cope with first. not to mentune all the nats flying about at the moment.

yes thats them and that is the action that happens-but no nats so far tho dreading the flying ants.Do u remember last summer,some non-flying bug mutated and grew wings-cant remember what or who it was

oo i remember hearing about something like that , i know this for sure though im sure it was the flying ants , but what ever they were they seemed huge and was EVERYWHERE

yeah there was someth weird out there-i bet it will be back.My partner would laugh at me because id walk down the high st with my hand over my mouth-afraid of the obvious.but i remember during the world cup parties-bugs everywhere even some being cooked(by accident)on the bbq.isnt it a gorgeous evening tonight tho?

oh yes the bbqs , and i know what you mean about hand over your mouth , and checking the bedroom before you went to bed.

yes its a lovely night tonight , i have had my fans going all day as i can only have the windows open a touch with the window lock on so it can not be opend to much. my 8 months still are not allowed out and nither is fluffy , so been very hot in my house today.

Ahhh-bless the little ones,im so excited i think its going to be a gorgeous summer,PS Kitten was frustrated today-she wants to go out but has the kittens to look after,so she has been acting like a little psycho.tomorrow will be great atmosph in the city-cant wait im out withthe girls

aww have a lovely evening. i have the 8 month olds chattering away at the flys and the birds outside , they sit on the window and do that hunting chattering sound?? lol so sweet.
im hoping its just as nice tomorrow , we plan on taking the kids to one of the big parks with lunch and that.
