Two, take the time to talk to the vet and explain your situations. As long as you can convince your vet that you will make good on the payment they will most likely help you. Maybe you could give your previous vet as a reference.
Offering equity sweat? You might volunteer but it seems unlikely.
Credit Cards/Bank advance?
Be careful there the bill for Gimpoche killed one of my credit cards. I wondered if I could rename mastercard for a discount
