changed light bulb.....now HEADACHE

so does this or has this ever happened to u, i changed my light bulb and for some reason it is super bright and badly hurting my eyes! I dont think I have ever had a light bulb so bright in my room

It depends if I use a higher watt and did not notice it when I changed the bulb. Are ou using a different watt or bulb type? You know is it a soft light bulb vrs a natural light bulb vrs a standard bulb.

I have no idea
I asked my dad where the light bulbs where and just took one
i think its one of those longer life ones tho

so i have been sitting in the dark with just the tv on since i made this post
its just when the lights on in my room, man is it hurting my eyes like crazy! It usually doesnt do that. dont know y it did that tonite

i make sure to turn off the light switch before i change it too, thats too bright

what i do mean is whenever u have a fresh lightbulb in and u are sitting there just doing whatever it is that u do (t.v, tcs, ect. lol) me i was on the computer and the light kept bothering my eyes really bad! I am so sorry I guess I should have explained that better

oh *lol* Ok...then still no
I guess it depends on how bright the lightbulb is. We usually use soft white...I think..I don't know

i checked and thats what we have, i guess im not used to it be so darn bright in here
then i noticed it downstairs to in the hall way
y i am noticing this all tonite! But my guess is I am just not used to it being so darn bright in here

It might be pulsing very quickly - I know our ones at school that do that give me a headache

I said no because I have never noticed that at all..perhaps they do but I have never put it together with changing the bulb


I will try to notice next time, what an interesting project

Maybe you used a brighter bulb this time? I've never noticed that happening to me when I changed a bulb.
