Help,1 kitten possible?

Hey Everyone,
Alittle about me,well I seen 3 cat birth in my lifetime..All my cats had 4 or more babies..All the kittens were healthy.Well lastnight while my house was sleeping my long hair grey cat gave birth to 1 kitten,which was found in the morning dry.Just 1 kitten,is that possible?Also I notice that the kitten is eating frequently..I did squeeze the nipple but didn't see anything,,,What should I do?

It is possible for them to have only 1 kitten. Hows mom acting? Can you feel anymore in her tummy? Just watch her for unusual behaivor and any concerns call a vet.

The last litter my rex had (Spooky's sister) was only one kitten. She was about 5 yrs old at the time. No problems. But it was the deaf white one - only deaf kitten she ever had.
