HELP!!!! Need quick advice on a pregnant cat!!

OK so the cat i have been watching or that was dropped off by a friend is acting weird. Past 2 days she has been EXTREMELY crabby and moody. Is this noirmal the closer they get?? ALSO, I feel babies moving so that is good news but she seems to be a little thinner on the sides. NOt dehydrated but Feels thinner. Definantly looks preggy but feels more slim. Has been eating and drinking regularly. Do cats tend to thin out a little bit once the babies are in position??Any advice please let me know. Not trying to post all these different threads but im concerned and new at this. Thanks everyone!!

As the time of delivery nears, the kittens move into position a little lower in the belly - think of it as lining up if that works - so they can begin the trip down the birth canal. When this happens, the bulges you see out on the sides of a pregnant cat's body will appear to "thin" a little, and the belly underneath will seem fuller. This shows that the delivery will be happening soon. Again, I suggest that you read this article and prepare yourself as well as your girl for what is to come.

So do you know when she is due? Or do you just guess that shes getting closs?
