A long time ago, I heard a horror story about a cat who got very sick eating a cricket. Does anyone know if it can happen to cats who eat moths?

The warm weather is bringing them to my house and my little one just loves to chase them - and eat them. Is this harmful? No signs of sickness - just being cautious.

Thanks!

I don't think there's any harm there. The only problem is with eating poisonous insects or insects that carry disease (fleas for example, carry tapeworm eggs). I don't think there should be any problem with months, but you may want to phone your vet and make sure there isn't any local problem.
