Here's the recipe i recently used for the cheesecake i made on Easter! Origionally i was going to make a strawberries and cream cheesecake recipe i got off the martha stewart site, but couldn't find some of the ingredients so i made this one instead. It was my first attempt at a cheesecake and it turned out AMAZING!
The only thing i changed was i added a whole stick of butter to the ghram cracker crust
(devilish i know but it's awesome!!!) i also dyed the cheesecake pink with red food coloring for Easter
It turned out really good in the springfoam pan i used! I definitely recommend this recipe- it's great!
Also, for the "strawberry puree" the recipe calls for- i used fresh strawberries (cut off the stems) and added honey to it and blended that together
