Maui ribs, brown rice, and roasted vegetables (red bell pepper, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, butternut squash, mushrooms, and brussels sprouts).

The brussels sprouts are for me because nobody else here will eat them!

~Hmm tonight its Fried Chicken, Greens, Mac N Cheese, Chicken N Dumplings, Roasted red skin potatoes with seasonings, mashed potatoes and gravy, yeast rolls with peach cobbler with tea and fresh lemonaid 2 drink~

We're having leftover ham and bean soup that I made yesterday from the leftover Easter Ham. I have the stuff to make salad and a loaf of garlic bread, so we will have that too.
