do u ever feel bad if...

the kittie is laying on u and u have to get up to do something or u are going somewhere and u have to move him/her, or are u like me who makes someone else move them so u dont feel bad or u just stay there until they get up

I move them, although I DO feel badly about it.

I'm SUCH a big meanie.

I always feel horrible!! Poor Babies! It seems that the moment they get comfy I have to get up for something!

I had to vote sometimes. One of my kitties is ALWAYS on my lap, so I do have to move them often to do my basic things...My bladder is only so big..

You wouldn't feel bad if it was Peedoodle. He is SO heavy that it hurts sometimes. He does it every time we sit down so we have learned not to feel bad because he comes right back when we sit down again. He is very forgiving.

As for Kahu - I feel bad because he rarely does it and when he does, we want him to stay there as long as possible because he is so loving. And hes not as heavy as Peedoodle!

see thats how i am with stormie she rarely cuddles and when she does u want her to stay as long as possible now bella or "big" bella as well call her is heavy and o my i always make her mom move her so i dont feel bad, but she forgives and i dont have the guilt because well i make someone else move her! But at night she sleeps under the covers and sleeps on my arm

Just night before last, I half-woke from a nice deep sleep (rare for me!) to find Clyde padding around in circles on my middle, looking for the right spot. He finally settled in, all 12 pounds of him, and it was very hard to breathe! But I let him stay... I just didn't have the heart to make him feel unwanted.

I said sometimes because I have no problem booting Trout off of me if she is in bite mode BUT if she is sleeping all cute and purring, I feel AWFUL.

Limerick always gets comfy and then I have to get up... poor thing

I said yes it's horrible BUT after reading your post I realized I really should have put sometimes, haha ... When Roxie is all curled up looking precious it kills me inside -- so I make the bf do it!!!!

I said sometimes- if they're sound asleep and look just soo peacefull- i hate to move them- but if they're up and just snuggling i try to just move them over a bit if i need to get up

No, not really. hehe

I love my kitties, but if I let them cuddle with me as much as they wanted I'd never be able to get anything done or go anywhere, especially Chynna who wants to cuddle 24/7 with the exception of eating and using her litter box.

I cuddle them loads, but if I have to get up they get moved. Sometimes I get a dirty look and a "meeeowww?!" but I'm the Queen of my home and they are my minions, not the other way around.

All my kitties and I have had very strong, trusting relationships, they would rather be with me then not. When they were kittens, I would bring them with me overnight to friends and just in the car for rides. This helps them as adults to not be so traumatized by travel and new places.....
