I'm trying to deal with half-a-dozen difficulties at the moment and it's just too much.
I'd appreciate if you'd tell me what you do for yourself when this happens to you. I already take care of myself physically, with eating well and exercise, but it's the mental and emotional side that needs some care at the moment.
