I got my cats collars in the spirit of the spring season just in case they want to chance jumping out the window to get outside. The collars had bells on them and I removed them because the cats liked to chase their own bell and get their collar stuck in their mouth.

I found spooky lying on my bed, she had gotten the collar out of her mouth but her cheek was bleeding and gross puss. I was freaking out not knowing what to do so I just washed her up.

Its been a couple days and I found a solution, to dap the area with salt water. It's cleared up some, I'm glad she's doing okay, because the vet money we have saved is to get her fixed. Not for a check and antibacterial medicine.
