I HAVE ONLY BEEN ON THIS SITE FOR A DAY BUT HAVE ALREADY POSTED NUMEROUS MESSAGES: HOWEVER I STILL THOUGHT I WOULD INTRODUCE MYSELF AS WELL:

Last night i noticed a red mark on her broken arm above the cast. I looked closer and it was a raw spot, that she was licking and irritating more. Immediately I call the vet and ask what I should do. She said its not bleeding so its not an emergency so try to get her to the vet in the morning asap.
Well since we werent satisfied with their service I called around to other vets to getting a cheaper quote. This lady quoted me a lot cheaper than the old place. When we got there they examend her. (she lost a few ounces) and they had to sedate her and recast it after treating the wound and they put a cone on her head so she wont irritate it. But I'll be damned if it didnt come out to more than the first place did. Even with out the ex-ray this time. I dont understand it. Anyhow 3 hours later we picked her up. She is still a little high from the anastetic and as adorably playful as ever but oh so frusterated with not only the cast but the cone as well now.
