please we need TCS fingers and toes.

We are buying a house(well bought one anyway) and now we are in the process of trying to sell our old one. Granted it's not on the market yet since our closing isn't final yet but one of my coworkers wants to buy it and is trying to get a loan to to just that.
SO can you all spare some crossings of fingers and toes that they get the loan and can buy our house? That would be a HUGE sigh of relief on our part if this was sold and we didn't have to worry about it.

I'll do you one better: I'm crossing my eyes.

Thanks everyone, can you stay that way until the end of the month of a little after? They will hopefully know by then if they have the loan or not.
