why do people....

walk around outside at 4 am screaming so i have been sitting here, now this happened a little after 3 as well and I just here all this loud talking so i go and check it out and i see nothing, then I was sitting in the livingroom a lil after 4 and about 8 kids walked up the street screaming and talking loud i was thinking man if u wake up my niece AGAIN there is going to be trouble, my neice has woken up 4 times tonite already and shes hard to get to go back to bed, now mind u this all started at midnight and well my niece woke up then but i didnt see anything...but this is just making me soo mad! Why do people act so ignorant Mind u I cant sleep and I have to be up at 9, everytime I lay down more kids walk up and down the street or something causes noises man i hate staying at my brothers Also u get hte cars with their stereos and bass turned all the way up! Its just so aggravating, why are people so inconsiderate ??

Well there are basically 3 causes for them to be so loud. One: they are drunk. Two: their parents haven't taught them to be courteous. Three: they simply don't have any respect for the public. Whatever the reason you are still lucky compared to me. A few houses away from mine a group of guys have a stereo system that puts out more watts than a Metallica concert. And they just feel that in the summer, since one of them is the son of the mayor, they can have a party 3 or 4 times a week until about 5 in the morning. I have called the police on them many times but all that happens is a little slap on the wrist. That is what makes me mad.

How old are these kids staying out all night causing trouble? I would have called the police for the noise...maybe they are doing "other" things that they should not be doing...That is just plain RUDE!

It's probably all 3, or atleast #2 & #3.

We don't have as many kids around here who don't shut up late at night, although when she summer comes maybe that will change. But I did have a kid go door to do at 10pm selling Sweet Carolines (I think...those small oranges). I would've told him off but I have a fear about gettings getting revenge on my house/car, which happened when I lived at my parent's house (punk kids keyed the heck out of my car).

ya...my brothers car was stolen once, luckily they havent started that trend up again, the people across the street actually moved because their house was broken into several times and their vehicles stolen several times !!! These are teen kids and its just getting so annoying! It can get so much more annoying in the summer too! I would have called the cops but u never know what will happen u know and actually i dont kno the police number and i didnt feel like waking up my brother he would of been crancky, so those kids are very very lucky that my brother wasnt up because hes one to go outside and say shut up i have kids sleeping It was just a typical friday night here i guess man do i wish i was home (I like being the only house on the street technically lol) people can be just so inconsiderate!
