Yes, she is, but she was on the show for a while. She was the one that had the mind control ability that was working for the paper company with Mr. Bennett. She's the one, if you saw the episode, that mind controlled the artist into drawing/painting, that attempted to mind control Sylar while he was in captivity at the paper company, and then ended up dead when stole her ability and made her shoot herself. *note* that was two different episodes.
