Is anyone else watching this right now? Wow! 60! He still sounds amazing...gives me goosebumps! Too funny how he got up on the piano for The B*tch Is Back! LOL! My fav is Your Song and Tiny Dancer...as well as Love Lies Bleeding...so many others!

Aw, I wish I could see it! I love Elton... my gosh, I remember when I first got my hands on the "Madman Across The Water" album. It completely blew me away! And "11/17/70"... that may still be the best live album ever recorded! Take me to the pilot, lead me to the chamber, take me to the pilot, I am not a stranger --

Uhoh. Gotta go drag out some good ol' black vinyl and rock out awhile!

What was that on?

Goodness I looooove Elton John!!
I went to his concert like 2 yrs ago and man oh man did he ROCK!!

Gosh I can't remember what channel it was on but it was sponsored by OK Magazine (never heard of it myself). He had all sorts of celebs there...Robin Williams, Mary J. Blige, Penelope Cruz, Simon (AI)...all sorts of people wishing him a happy birthday. Very cool...and as I said...he sounded wonderful! Still so full of energy...I figured (at his age) he'd be doing only those beautiful soft rock love songs I love so much of his...but no!!!! he did Crocodile Rock!...The B*tch Is Back...he was awesome! Alex Jr & I just rocked out to him!
