We've had a cold blast here
...I think they're trying to tell me to turn the heat back on...Momma (right) is not much of a snuggler, so this says a lot.

And a close up...

I am SO not happy about turning mine on today....I haven't had it on for almost all of March, and now it was like 58 degrees in my house when I got home....

Yeah it's 57 in here now. I'm trying to tough it out
but I've just about reached my limit.

I think they are trying to tell you something...

And it wasn't just to go get the flashy thing, either!
But how could you resist? 2 snuggling kitties is irresistable, let alone 4 snuggling kitties!

Where whiskers abound.
Beandip, your kitties are absolutely GORGEOUS! Their fur is SO clean and fluffy. They look so content, so well taken care of.

Do you mind if I ask what do you feed them? And do you bath them often or do they go to the Cat Parlor for their beauty treatment?

Thanks for the comments...the kitties are flattered.

I don't bathe them...I tried on Leopold once but naaaahhh....not for me. LOL
No beauty parlors either.

They eat Nature's Variety Raw - chicken/turkey, beef, and lamb. That's about half of their diet as a group. The other half is a rotation of various canned food...Innova/EVO/California Natural, Felidae, Natural Balance, Nature's Variety, Eagle Pack, Merrick's, Wellness, and MAX. I think that's it. Of course a lot of those are associated with menu foods, but free of wheat gluten, or any wheat for that matter. The recall mess makes me nervous,...but I can't see a reason to go back to dry food. They do get a few kibbles as treats...right now we have Nature's Variety Raw Instinct.

Brrrr...I hope you can warm up there. I kept thinking it would not get colder...but it did. It was 80+ degrees here last week, but yesterday it snowed.
I let it get down to 54 in here before I gave up and turned the heat on. 65 feels warm now!

I'm in Kansas...the land of rapidly changing weather. Yeah, mine don't get under the covers either...but sometimes there's so many of them on top of the covers that I can't move my legs.

We had some 80 degree days in December, then it was frrrrreeeezing in January. I don't even want to talk about my heating bill.

Aww! Too cute!
We had that happen at our cold house, too.

Ziggy and Sofia like to tuck their noses in their paws, and Tobie likes to put his fluffy tail over his face.

Awww! So sweet!

I don't like it cold, but I do like to keep my apartment on the cooler side so I tend to have my windows open most of the year, even in sub zero stormy weather. The only time they get closed is when the wind is blowing rain or snow into the window and into my apartment, otherwise they stay open about 4 inches in the winter.

Mostly my kitties don't mind but sometimes it gets even too cool for me, but instead of closing the window I just put on my fuzzy robe. The kitties on the other hand go and lay on the warm water bed. As soon as they hear me close the window, both are out in the living room in their usual napping places, hehe
