opinions on Petshealth Care Plan

I just signed up for Petshealth Care Plan for my cat because with the recall etc..I want to make sure he would be covered. I brought him in for blood work due to his brother's sudden death last month to be tested for heart worms...Anyway..long story short...has anyone had experience with Petshealth Care? i have been reading the threads about preconsistening conditions and how the plans start over every year...ugh... Any thoughts on this company?
