I have been thinking.......

I know scary thought At some point I might wanna add a friend to the mix for Ping. And I am wanna of those people that let the pets find me. Anyways so I don't know when a new friend might be added but when it does happen how are you suppose to introduce the new friend with an all ready settled cat? How do you do that will little stress to either party?

If you have a spare room or bathroom you can keep the newbie in for a while while you are introducing the 2 that is awesome. A little interacton everyday in increasing amounts seems to be the key.

That's part of a "sticky" that's over in the Behavior forum. It's great advice -- and for me, it worked much more quickly than I expected. I was able to leave my babies alone together within a couple of weeks, no problem! I hope it goes well for you, too...
