After my tank crash, I still have my lone survivor, a female black skirt tetra.
I've named her Diana, because she's obviosly a Wonder Woman.

I feed her daily, a decent pinch, not too much, but not stingey, and half an algae wafer for her and the snail every three days.
Every time, she eats as though I haven't fed her in weeks, I really think she's going to leap at my hand and take the food one of these days.

Yeah, I used to be gullible enough that I followed the feeding instructions on the fish food when I first started keeping fish.
What a huge mistake that was.

Cichlids I usally fed every other day, but I fed them hikari or live which was much easier to get rid of any leftovers.

Tetras though are pretty active, I feel bad if I don't feed her daily.
Thinking about repopping the tank with a pair of sunset dwarf gouramis and a couple dwarf frogs for bottom clean up.
My single snail does really well with keep the algae at bay, and of course frogs would be really good at devouring any snail eggs.
