Hehehe. I went with a few friends...and one got one on back of her neck and the other got one on her foot too,and they both whined!!

Definitely so. I have a couple tattoos on my wrists and sure they hurt but it was more like a tickle than pain. One of my friends that has a good portion of her body done said the feet were the worst so that's what I was going on.
