Natural renal diets?

Sorry if this has been asked before (I did look through the thread on Renal failure, and found some good links there). But are there any really good brands (no byproducts, preferably all natural) that are low protein and/or designed for renal patients?

I have a friend looking for alternatives to K/D. Thanks!
