Well Friday's roast chicken was a huge success and we've whittled away on the bird since then.
Today, there was still a lot of meat left, just not enough to pull off so I decided to boil it down for stock.
The smell is really getting to me, but I won't be using the stock until tomorrow night.
Tomorrow, might possibly be the best chicken & dumplings I've ever made.
