2 things you can do to reduce puffiness:
1. Put 2 small spoons in the freezer for a few minutes and then put them on your eyes
2. Fill a sink up with ice cold water and then submerge your face into it (obviously reduces any puffiness, including eyes)

BTW - what do you mean by raw cow? I've never heard that expression before.

Ok you can use cold cucumbers. Slice them and lay them over your eyes.

Or this will just make you die laughing but my grandmother use to swear by Preparation H. She said it would pucker those eyes right up!
NOW I can't speak from experience but I just could never put butt cream around my eyes!

Actually Preparation H works wonders for under eye puffiness. Just don't get the stuff in your eyes, or put it on the eye lids.

Lots of medicinal things can be used for things other than what they were created for. For example "Milk of Magnesia" (a laxative) is excellent for superficial burns. Takes the burning sensation away almost instantly, and redness fades within hours and is usually gone in a day or two.
