but of course, we didn't know about the Menu Foods recall.
I did feed my 3 cats the beef and gravy, small cans of IAMs around the time my Mixy was spayed. That was around the 16 of February.
If, Lord forbid, they would have been infected, would the signs of any danger been shown by now or does it take long?
I must have given it to them around 3 or 4 times each, but again, smallest cans.
Thanks.

I would think that you'd have seen signs of any problems quite quickly. Just keep an eye on them and if you notice anything suspicious, then take them to the vet.

The symptoms you especially want to be careful of are lethargy, a loss of appetite, or vomiting. If you see any of those, or your kitties just acting off in general, I would immediately contact a vet. Such a small amount fed that long ago though - if they're not showing signs, I think you can relax some. They'll probably be okay. If you're really worried, go ahead and call your vet and see if they have some tests they can run to check kidney function now, even though they're not showing symptoms.
