Humane Officer Training/Workshop/Class...

Does anyone know of any Humane Officer classes, schools, workshops, etc... or anything in Ohio or Western PA?

Also looking for euthanisia workshops, pet expos, seminars training of any sort relating to companion animals.

Check to see is Doug Fakkema (sp?) is doing the euthanasia certification workshops in your area. I did mine with him a few years ago and was really impressed with how compassionate he was towards both the students learning and the animals that were euthanized during the class. He didnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t only focus on the actual euthanasia process, but on how to make things more comfortable and less stressful for the animal being euthanized. Euthanasia with dignity and respect, regardless if they are feral, aggressive, etc.
