New Cat Slave!

Hi my name is Robin and my family and I are slaves to five cats.

We had six cats but a screen fell out of our window and thet all got outside and we couldn't find our only male, Jack. We still have hope he'll find his way home. He's a big solid grey kitty.

Our females are Tag (a longhair pastel callico), Whiskers (a short hair dark tabby), Zoey (a short hair siamese color), Princess (a shorthair black), and our newest addition is Jolie (a short hair calico).

They are all spayed except Jolie who goes in Wednesday for her surgery.

We never intended to have so many cats. We only got Tag (our first) on purpose and the rest found their way to us. Jack and Princess we believe were dropped off here (we have a farm). Zoey was my aunts cat and outdoors with many males and left intact. She was being tortured and have several litters that were born premature. She almost died when we had her spayed because her uterus was very fragile and she bled out. She's ok now, thankfully Princess was thrown out a second story window at our old apartment building. A woman had gotten her and her boyfriend didn't want her. We couldn't leave her there (the children there could be very cruel to animals).

So that's our story I found this place in my search for the perfect AND affordable cat food. I have not found it yet.

Thanks for having us!

Welcome Robin and family

to TheCatSite and thank you and bless you for caring and rescuing multiple cats! That's our story, too -- every one of us was rescued, and now lives indoors only, and is "speutered", of course. You're a star for "speutering", too -- it's the caring thing to do! Sounds like you're angels in a sea of devils. May others learn from your wonderful example!

Welcome Robin. I see that you recognize yourself as what we all are: slaves to our 4-leggeds. I'm a personal slave to 15 (13 cats and 2 dogs).

I'm so glad that Jack found his way back home. Your babies are absolutely beautiful! Thanks for posting the links to see them.
