Just make sure you have a springform pan.

I guess I'm lucky, Jeremy makes some of the best cheesecake I've ever had.

Thanks for the tip! I've never made cheesecake before. What is a springform pan?

Possibly?

Oh, Jeremy says if this is your first cheesecake, don't get discouraged if it's a complete disaster, to keep at it, he says it's a practiced art.

I try to tell myself I don't like cheesecake but that's a dirty lie!!! I like just plain old cheesecake the best with a graham cracker crust

Tell him thankyou! I'm hoping it turns out good when i make it! If not, i'll just try again another time Also, you're supposed to cut slices with dental floss right? The guy at the cheesecake factory told me that once and it seemed to work on the one i had bought from him (strawberry swirl)

If you want it proffesional looking, yeah, but who cares, just use a knife and pig out

My mom's friend (who specializes in cheesecakes) always used fishing line to cut his, probably better than waxy floss.

Mmm...cheesecake Now I need some dessert

Oh, that does sound wonderful! It's hard to imagine that fresh strawberries could be improved upon, but when you bake them, something magical does happen. I may have to try this too!

Don't be afraid of making cheesecake -- it may crack across the top as it bakes, but that's okay, that's part of the mystique! If it bothers you, though, you can always mix up some sour cream with sugar and a little lemon juice and spread that over the top. That's almost better than the cheesecake itself...
