What kind of cat is this?

With the small ears, it could be part Scottish Fold. But the fur and coloring look Angora.

It's gorgeous! Radar's white fur is like that, thick and soft and fluffy. His black spots are sleeker, a bit coarser, not as thick and fluffy. Is it normal for white fur to be thicker and softer than black fur? I've wondered this for a while

All of the bicolors I've ever had, including my current two, have always had much softer white hair and coarser colored hair.
