Poor Bit, he misses his buddy..I know how that is because my dog Winnie is the same way about her special duck, she just carries it around everywhere and recently it also died from having to be washed too many times, so I took her to the pet store to look for something to replace it with, and lo and behold, she grabbed another......duck. She wanted nothing to do with all of the other stuffed toys I showed her, but as soon as I showed her the duck she grabbed it and wouldn't let go of it. They had to scan the price from the tag hanging out of her mouth..

I've put everything I can think of that he could get into away. So, that means he'll get into something new.

I tried to give him another toy and all he did was sneeze at me.

awwwww he misses his bananna poor baby... hmmm hide the socks lol one of mine loves them and am always missing 1

I know... he gave me a lecture today that I was a bad Meowmy, and that I should have ordered one last night.

8-Bit can be very bossy when he wants to be.

It was Plain Brown Tabby to the rescue! I just placed my order, and paid for the Priority Mail!

Jaffa was going to make a similar offer but he's mightily relieved that someone else got in first. He really didn't want to part with his banana.

lol I'm going to have to get a banana for my boys, it seems. They're not big on toys (except for Billy and his Stoopid Little Dog http://fatcatinc.stores.yahoo.net/doofusdogs.html), but maybe the banana will be a hit if all the rest of them like it!

Actually don't answer that. Just nail everything down, and check his litterbox regularly to make sure he's not buried poor Dr Claw in it

I hope that when the new one arrives he doesn't look up at you with that sorrowful 'but this isn't MY banana' look on his face

DH and I are going on a date right after work, so we will both get to see the distruction that rains down upon us when we go home.

I'm going to need a glass of wine at the bar tonight.

LOL...I just bought a banana, and I think Ginger will be the one to claim it.

Can you imagine, all these stores are going to get sudden rushes of banana purchases, because all our kitties want to emulate 8-Bit.

I bought a banana at this past cat show and WOW! Those things are Strong! I had to order 4 more because everyone wanted one!

RIP Banana!!!!! Poor Bit! I don't like to worry you, but you do know that a replacement banana won't smell/taste/feel quite the same as the original banana, don't you?!?!?! (Speaking from experience with a similar loss of a small grey teddy by a four year old child..........."NO Mummy, that's NOT Teddy!!!!!!")

Kojak has taken afte 8-bit and now has a liking for bananas too Only the real ones though I got some pictures of it on my camera phone- lol i just have to get Cinglair to fix it so i can send them to my photobucket. acct. When i do i'll have to send those to you and 8-bit Sounds like 8-bit needs a new toy!!! Maybe you should order a few backups and hide them from him incase he kills the new one when it gets there Poor little bit!

But a new banana will have fresh, strong catnip which will be exciting!!!! Maybe rub it in flour first so it smells like other things he likes
