I know they wouldnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t care, but I donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t want to feel like I am leaving anyone out either. I wouldnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t mind having different ones featuring all my cats of a certain color, but then I feel bad about leaving out my other pets since they are family too.

I often have one of just one of mine but have some of all of them together too.

If you don't mind the kitties being smaller we can fit quite a few kitty faces into a sig!

So confession time here. I've been around for a long time and have never gotten around to getting a decent siggie out there. I'm actually glad you asked cause it made me really think about why. There are actually a few reasons:

I've tried to make one for myself a few times with Photoshop and frankly can't figure out how to do it with the software. I'm a very creative person and take pride in the fact that I do things for myself. With that said, I'm too proud to ask for help. The amount of time it would take to put up 13 cats and 2 dogs into a siggie would be too much of a burden on anyone.

I have hundreds of pictures of my cats and going thru all of them to select a few to put on a siggie would take me a LOT of time. The pics that I have would need to be trimmed up to take out the background, or I would need to take a slug of new pictures.

I can be a horrible procrastinator at times. This is obviously one of those times.

So, if anyone would really like me to burden them, I will go ask for help (*swallow pride*).

This thread reminded me to get around to making one, I'm usually too lazy to bother with Photoshop.

I actually cheated for the picture in the sig
... ever try to pose two cats and get them to hold their eyes closed for a minute? No fun for me, but they got treats for it.

That's beautiful. How did you "cheat" with it? Did you take seperate pictures of the cats sleeping and put them together? That's not cheating really. Take this one I just did for Spirita2010. In the first picture, I added the Mika to the box to make it look like he (or she?) was sleeping in there with Lucky. Then with the second picture, I edited Hunter to make it look like he was laying on Hershey. It's all about the end result

Oh and of course in my sig, Reeses does not have a cotton tail and bunny ears in real life

They were sleeping together, made a great picture but the blanket under them on the bed looked horrible and didn't edit out right. So.. I tossed a piece of satin down and reposed them on it. Tomas wanted up to play and Sho kept opening his eyes.

I enjoy seeing the little buggers we're talking about!! I feel like I know so many kitties I've never met. I also enjoy changing my siggy at a whim...

Well, here's a silly question: If I gave a siggie-maker the link to my Facebook, could they take the pic that I have as my avatar and turn that into a siggie? It's the nicest picture I have of my boys. (And, presently, the only one that I have access to online ...)

Wow, that's good. I think taking the blanket and editing them on it would have been a tricky job. I never would have known. Good job

Thanks
I like being as unique as possible with my sigs. I'm not as good with the strictly beautiful ones *lol*

It depends on how big it is. If it's the size that I personally would size the picture down to anyway, or close, then it should work. I know I'd have to see it first.

I'm so jealous of everyone who makes signatures. I have some basic Photoshop knowledge so I thought I could piece one together myself, no problem.

Obviously I had to give in and ask for help.

I love seeing people's signatures though. I rarely know user names and only recognize people by the cats in their signatures.

I'm just constantly trying to get everything photoshopped together properly. I'm constantly getting new pics and having to change my mind and say "wait a minute I think I like this pic better."

It does take practice. I find with alot of signatures, where I try and take more of a creative "theme" route with alot of them, I find myself having to find ways to do things I haven't done before. Like with my most receent sig for Forest, I had to figure out how to make her pictures look like comics and then figure out how to put a superhero outfit on a cat *lol*
