This food contamination nightmare will hopefully help establish some regulations for pet food. but it will definitely be responsible for a thousand or more pets finding new homes. I know this is no comfort for anyone affected by this and I am sooo grateful, that my babies were not, but if you think about it, there will be a lot of animals placed in new homes in the next 6 months or so. I hope everyone who gets a new baby, gets it from a shelter, or a no kill rescue. Gives a kitty or a doggy a home that they could only dream of. My condolonces to all of those that lost their babies.
