Cats that act like dogs

Has anyone else heard of cats that behave like dogs? Thereâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s a brilliant photo on this guyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s blog of a beautiful cat which goes with its owner everywhere on a lead. It even sits on his shoulder (maybe itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s more like a parrot than a dog!)
