I have 6 images that are 3k each and I am trying to animate them but the file size is always bigger than 25k. What would you recommend doing to the images to get the animation at 25k or less? The images are 100x100.
Note that my animated avatar is 50 X 50, which is supposed to be the maximum size unless you are a premium member. I note that yours is 100 X 100 and seems to be working fine so I do not know why you think you have a problem. You will also note that I have the same spiral in my siggy which I did not animate. My photo editor has a GIF editor so that I can control all of these parameters. But like I say, your avatar appears to be working fine. So what I want to know is how you were able to get a 100 X 100 unless you are a premium member.Originally Posted by crazyforinfo

I decided to make an avi of 3 images until I figure out what to do with the file size. I use Animation Shop3 that came with Paint Shop Pro 7. Not sure how to change the resolution. It was outputting at 48k w/ 6 pictures at 100x100 or 120x120. Is there a file size limit besides deminsions (120x120 for premium members)?Originally Posted by Persi

I just went back and looked at your avatar and I see only three photos which I see is using 25K. There should be a control in your GIF editor to adjust this. Having a resolution of more than 72 will not affect its quality so you may want to see what your resolution of your photos are for a start.
