Depends on definition.
Healthy eater as in good appetite, or healthy eater as in good food choices?
I'm sorta in between.
I don't deprive myself of foods that I really love, but I do find healthier ways to prepare them.

Most important though is that I do not cook with salt.

We eat pretty well-I don't bake or buy cookies or other baked goods very often (like once/month at the most). Usually no soda in house but I just a 12 pk of Tab. I usually drink sparkling water. More whole grain foods. We do not eat out at Fast food restaurants either. I make mostly everything from "scratch" too plus have a big veggie garden.

Nope, not even remotely. I'm a terrible eater. At least I drink a lot of water, and I detest soda pop, so that saves me some calories that I can use better somewhere else...like pizza or cheesecake, lol!

Yup - I try to! Don't always succeed, but I try to make healthy choices! Love salad, fruit, stir fry, stuff like that!

Um... I just got done eating four homemade chicken tacos, does that count???

Heck no I'm not a healthy eater! I love chocolate and can't live without it at least once every couple of days. As far as regular food, I haven't eaten a salad in weeks.
I eat mostly fast food and it's usually chicken nuggets or a chicken sand and fries. (not grilled either).

Yes, for the past few years we've been eating healthy food and rarely have junk anymore.

I try to- with all my digestive issues- i sort of have to. There are lots of things that I can't eat (if i don't want to get sick
) So that kind of helps
I make just about every dinner we eat at home. Lately, since I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome- it makes you insulin resistant) and Gastroparesis- i'm REALLY trying to watch my sugar intake so that I can hopefully prevent myself from becomming a diabetic down the road. It's hard though. I mess up a lot and eat bad stuff
But when I cook - i try to make everything from scratch so i know exactly what goes in it and i can monitor what i put in it. / We really don't eat out too often, but when we do, i try to order healthy (baked chicken sandwiches/ healthy salads/ stuff like that). I definitely don't deprive myself though- I'm not into "dieting" i'm more into making eating healthy a part of my lifestyle
I won't deprive myself of a cookie or a piece of pizza though- i just eat when i'm hungry and stop when i'm full. I eat 5-6 small meals a day- and that seems to really help keep my digestive issues in check
I don't drink soft drinks at all- haven't had one in over 8 years.

I try. We eat most of our meals at home, and have cut out the stick margarine and added olive oil in place of other oils to cook with. We eat lots of veggies, always some fruits,, lean meats (pork tenderloin-mmm) and the DH and DD like whole grain breads (I...just...can't...
). My weakness is candy and now I have a new one- Creme Brulee ice cream by Ben and Jerry's (just posted a thread on it- LOL!). But I would take real food over junk food any day-probably because I was raised on low fat foods and lots of fruits and veggies as a kid (due to some health problems- minimal greasy junk food - hard on the tummy
. I just started to eat mayo in the last few years- I couldn't stand it before
). I love fresh fruits and veggies
.

Yes, I know I am an odd duck...
