Bad week vs good week!

Hey! I wanted to share some good news- some of you might remember I had a bad week (last week I think?) where I had to take 3 cats to the vet to be tested for tainted food (recall)and spent over $500 then last Thursday, I found out my car was TOWED so I had to spend over $120 to get my car back! Friday, I got into a quarrell with one of my co workers (he's an !)

Basically I spent almost $700 in ONE week!!

WELLLL Last Wed, my vet called and said all 3 cats are HEALTHY THEN yesterday, I got TWO checks in the mail unexpectedly and BOTH checks covers the losses of last week so as of now I do not have to worry about my budget and don't have to postpone my home hunting! I also spoke with my boss about my co worker and he told me that it's not the first time that this co worker has done this.. So I'm not in trouble with my boss. Whew.

Isn't that cool how some days when things just go HORRIBLE then later on things happens to somehow make things better??

I'm so glad for you! And here's a story:

A few years ago, my brother's employer laid him off unexpectedly, which was especially scary because his wife was not working at the time (their son was still a toddler). The following day, two total strangers from the church they had just joined a few weeks earlier showed up at their door with four big bags of groceries for them -- including all their special favorite foods, right down to the one flavor of Poptarts my brother likes. There's no way they could have known! But it's amazing how often the Universe seems to provide just what you need, just when you need it.

Your cats are OK that is the best thing ever, I always think it's possible to budget and scrimp and save and work round anything else but to know that they are ok is just the best thing ever, they are irreplaceable aren't they! - and then the financial stuff working itself out like that is the cherry on top of the cake!

I am so glad that it has worked out for you! You must be so relieved. I believe that of all the emotions that we are capable of, the lifting of weight from you in that feeling of relief is quite possibly the very best of them all
