The most precious moments are the ones you can't get on film!

I just spent a half hour helping Maia hunt down this little winged insect. The expression and vocals she let out when I pointed it out to her were so absolutely priceless! Of course those are some moments you just can't capture!

I agree. I wish I had a camera the day a kitten climbed on the toe of Dad's workboot (Dad was in them!) and just looked around from his new vantage point!

The barely contained excitement...the chittering and chirruping...the rapid swish of the tail of the focused huntress...

Awww, those kind of moments make me melt

Oh yeah, Reeses has spotted about 5 flies in the last few weeks, and her reactions are priceless. She knows now that if she sees one, I know just by her meows that she has, and she knows I'll get the fly swatter. She sees me get the swatter and she starts meowing even more, trying to bat at the swatter like THERE! GET IT! USE THAT! GET IT!

Then I put it on the floor for her to play with or eat and she lets out a "Rrrrr" as if to say "Yay!"
