My cat is pregnant. Her due date was yesterday but no kittens yet. Her milk has dropped today. Is this a sign of labor? Thanks for any input.

Most of my queens delivered within 48 hrs after you could get a drop of milk from the nipples - just squeeze gently when you do it to check

I haven't squeezed to see if any milk will come out but her teets are definately full of milk. They are no longer flat and feel very "full" and sort of hanging now.

48 hours? Oh how exciting! Hopefully she will give birth while I'm home and not at work. I have her in a box w/blankets in our bathroom.

My queens had fuller breasts for about a week or so before the kittens arrived - you almost have to get a bit of the milk out. Use some vegie oil on your fingers - it will also get them to lick them and have them ready for the kittens.

Skittles delivered within the week. I think your mom is close. Give her a little space maybe she is trying to find privacy or just the opposite ya never know.
