No not again!!

I noticed this morning that my cat's eye was weeping and swollen. I think it might be pink eye and this wouldn't be the first time he has had it. I don't know what I am going to do. I know he needs to go to the vet.. but I don't have the money to pay the vet bill. I guess the only thing I can do is talk to my mom and see if she can pay for it.
