Font Downloads for Photoshop

So I´ve downloaded some fonts for photoshop - I dont know what I am really doing, I just click the 'yes' to all the options and now I dont know how to access from photoshop ? The icon for the fonts I have loaded are sat on my desktop - thats not right is it ? But at least I know they have downloaded, just to the wrong place sorry thicko here..........

How do I get the fonts to load to photoshop ?

You need to install them in your font folder (usually in windows not photoshop) it is usually c://windows/fonts then restart photoshop and they will be there

well I managed to copy them over from the desktop to the font folder........so I just need to make sure they go into that folder when I download some more
