I have three cats, two of which are 15 month old brothers and one who is three years old. One of the younger brothers eats constantly, he has a good metabolism but is starting to put on some extra weight. He weighs about 2 1/2 lbs more than his brother. My question is since I work all day and am usually busy at night how do I control how much one of them eats? BTW, I do NOT leave food out in mass quantities, I only feed them two to three times a day, and in small amounts. Problem, Piglet Rossi seems to eat most of the food then the other two are starving by the time the next feeding comes. But then they eat for like 2 seconds and Rossi "the pig" comes and chows for a long time. Sometimes I think he eats just to eat. My girlfriends think the other two don't get enough and I always say if they are truly hungry they will get over there eat their fill before Rossi gets it.... Just a thought, I don't want to see Rossi gain more weight, Jinx and M.K. are doing fine on weight.

Thanks

You could feed the "piglet" in the bathroom with the door closed! The other two will be able to eat uninterupted. They should have seperate dishes so you can track how much they eat and adjust the servings accordingly. Good luck!
