We went to see Dead Silence on Tuesday night. I actually liked it. I have a soft spot for old-fashioned type horror films. I thought this one had enough cool old-fashioned sets and creeepy images to capture my liking. If you're in to that sort of scary movie (graveyards and ghosts), I'd recommend it.
Considering it was done by some of the people who brought us the Saw flicks, I thought it was better than the Saw sequels. More my thing.
The acting/script had a few week moments, but as a whole my BF and I really enjoyed it as a 'date' movie ( I grabbed his leg numerous times!!!).
