*Gives you a Hug*

I'm so sorry you're feeling like this. I definately know what it feels like to have everything going for you, even if you don't always see it yourself, and feel like you're life is falling apart. I had an episode a few weeks ago where I thought I was going to seriously lose it, for no reason at all really. But I found that talking about it really did help, so you're a step in the right direction there.

One of the great things about this site is that we're all really supportive of each other

Oh hun, I'm so sorry that you're going through all this, it must be so hard. But wow, there are some great people here and they have given you some great advice!

I don't get attacks like what you guys are talking about here, but yeah, there are some times when the whole world just spins around and I feel like I just can't take it anymore. Man, I can't stand those times. Thank goodness they don't happen very often...but when they do, it is frightening.

Sure hope you're doing better. Keep in touch with us here, lots of good folks here for you!

To all of y'all who have replied...God bless y'all...

I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers
You've recieved some excellent advice from other members on here - i'm hoping some of their suggestions can be helpfull. If i were in your shoes, i would try going back on the meds for a little bit of time and seeking a therapist to help cope with the anxiety and attacks. My prayers are with you

I hope they start to kick in soon so that you can get some relief. You know, sometimes when i get stressed out/upset...a nice hot cup of tea really helps soothe me
Maybe you could fix some hot tea (caffine free) and turn on a bit of soothing music to help you relax a little. Also- i've also found it really relaxing to spend time with my animals, grooming them or playing with them. Perhaps you could give your furbabies a nice brushing? Or sometimes talking a nice walk (with your dad or someone with you) or doing a bit of yoga/ stretching might help too
Exercise helps reduce stress and the less stressed you are.....the easier it will be on your nerves
We're all here for you hon

Sometimes a glass of milk works wonders. Chocolate, if you're in the mood for a treat. Milk is so soothing.

And I'm a victim of insomnia!

But, I have to swear that the best cure for any problems I have is cuddling with the cats in bed. Not foolproof, but a good start.

I'm feeling much better - The medication seems to be kicking in

I'm eating much better now, so at least I'm getting more energy back.

I'm going to see the psychologist on Monday - So hopefully that will help me work through this

I'm back at work and thats helping too - Keeping my mind busy

Thanks for thinking of me guys
