Oh I wish I could go with you!!! I hate doing my walking alone
Trust me Kelly, you do not wanna go walking with Belinda. She probably stops and talks to EVERYONE along the way.....
Little extra exercise for the jaw muscles.....

How much do you walk? I always think I'd like to do some form of exercises (whether it's walk or jog) but I never have...
