I won't post this every time I go but I thought I would today. I'm off to Occupational Therapy for my hands this morning. Last weeks session didn't go so well, I'm hoping this one will.

I go every Wed & Friday so I need vibes on those days

ttyl everyone!

Sending loads of vibes your way. Your vibes and prayers have really helped my nephew Mason. I will PM you on his progress. I don't want to hijack your thread.

Oh yeah? My wife too, except she specializes in working with kids with developmental disabilities like Autism.

psjauntie - Oh good to hear from you! I've been wondering how he's doing. Please, keep me updated

Well I got a bunch of excercises to do and they gave me some Kinsu (I think) Tape to put on my wrists to increase circulation. I may have to look into getting gel filled gloves for my crutches to decrease the pressure in my hands while using them. My crutch grips have Gel in them but after 7 years they flattened out and unless insurance covers it I'm not paying $700 for another set just for grips

for a good visit, Rob.

Maybe check into impact gloves that construction workers or mechanics use? I got some info I can share it with you, just PM or IM me.

They actually showed me a catalog with gloves and mentioned that construction workers especially use them. I just don't want anything too bulky.

I'm going to contact the company I got the crutches from and see if I have any options. The grips might be replaceable. I know they sell some, but I'm not sure if that's for other crutches..and they're not cheap, $70 a pair! Which reminds me, I need tips...like $45 a pair..bah. Plus last time I changed a pair of tips I broke a few nick nacks that fell off a shelf because I had to slam the crutch down a few times to get the tip on
