Which one is the Alpha?

Last night when the kits were wrestling, Ginger got Ferris in a head lock so he was unable to bite her or get free. This was a new development, so I had to stop what I was doing and watch, of course.

When she decided to let go, she bit him good, hopped backwards, stared him down, danced sideways and puffed up so she looked bigger than she really is, then she dismissed him and walked away.

Ferris just lay there looking after her, like, "What the...?"

Oh Betsy, that is a vision I can just picture! How funny! I love your new siggy BTW!

The mental image was worth a thousand words!!

It really was adorable, after all, she honestly looks like a kitten next to him, she is so petite (or is it that he's so huge?)

I laughed out loud when she puffed up, and praised her for standing up for herself, because most of the time he starts the fight. (Although she's been known to instigate by smacking him on the head and then running away for him to chase her. )
