My Sweet Tabby

It's been almost 6 years since I lost my beloved Tabby. I had her for 16 wonderful years. I still miss her very much. She was wonderful. I also had Anka, her daugther but she only was with me for one year. I regret it very much that I never even took a picture of Anka.
Three years later Chachi came into my life. She just showed up in my backyard. I had her for two years.
She ran away and left me with her kids, Mixy, Sassy and Tom.
I will always wonder where Chachi is.
Missing my Tabby, Anka and Chachi.

I miss them every day!
It's funny how I saw a cat that looks like Chachi near my house.
It isn't her but I make it a point to drive by that house just to see "that Chachi". It kind of makes me feel like it's her and that she is near.
I do treasure the memories of my Tabby, Anka and Chachi. I also treasure every moment that I spend with Mixy, Sassy and Mr. Tom. They are precious!

I'm very sorry for your losses. I still miss my Hallie, who died almost 2 years ago. It gets easier but we never forget and there's always that empty little place in our hearts.

I am so sorry for your losses. We do keep them in our hearts for the rest of our lives where we celebrate the time we had with them. They all sound very special.

Yes. They will always be with us.
There is something that happened a while ago, last year, 4 years after her crossing the bridge.
It may sound crazy, but I had her framed picture laying flat on the top shelf of the closet ( I hadn't hung it yet). It was like stacked on top of a box.
Well one morning, a loud sound woke me up. I got up and looked around but found nothing out of place so I went back to bed. When I finally got up I opened the closet and her framed picture was there, on my feet when I opened it!! In my heart I really thought that she had "come to visit me"!
Another thing that I have is that when my dad put up a concrete sidewalk on the side of the house, she "printed" one of her front paws and it is still there, intact!
Thanks for letting me share this with you.
Here is the picture that I am talking about.

I'm sorry... Just remember that they will always be in your heart. I have learned the hard way that pictures and even small movie clips from our loved ones are important.
